At SECO - South East Community Organization - We unite organizations and individuals to insure the progress and welfare of the citizens and neighborhoods of South East Indianapolis. We work towards instilling neighborhood pride and also decreasing crime through the promotion and support of the Neighborhood Watch Program.
SECO also provides a public forum through which citizens can democratically and effectively improve their community by promoting a positive neighborhood public image, resulting in increased property values, the pride of home ownership and the establishment of provisions to contribute to the community and family assets.
Other SECO goals are aimed at providing the means through which our neighbors can join together in the areas of health, education, recreation, safety, culture, economics and other areas affecting the well-being of our neighborhood family and community assets.
